These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Pulse ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI news website that fetches posts from X (formerly Twitter), processes them with AI, and publishes curated AI-related briefings and summaries.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

AI Pulse automatically collects posts from X, cleans and organizes the content using AI models, and publishes AI-related news briefings, summaries, and analyses. The Service does not require user registration or accounts.

The curated briefings, summaries, titles, descriptions, and site design published by AI Pulse are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may read, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you credit AI Pulse when redistributing substantial portions.

2.2 Third-Party Content

Content derived from X posts remains the property of their respective authors and rights holders. AI Pulse does not claim ownership of the original X posts. All trademarks and brand names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. You may:

  • Read and browse the published content
  • Share links to our articles
  • Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk download content from the Service using automated tools without our prior written permission
  • Republish, resell, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without authorization

While we use AI to clean and organize content, we do not warrant that:

  • AI-generated summaries perfectly reflect the original posts
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs or viruses

The content published on AI Pulse is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, investment, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for using the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since the Service is provided free of charge, this limit may be zero.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Pulse and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service, or any portion of it, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Pulse operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
